Responsibilities
Ø Market demand creation, technical standards influencing, proposal and specifications promotion, and project coordination with end user, architects, contractors and external partners.
Ø Pre-sales technical support to sales, marketing team and dealers by customer communication, technical specification writing, project bidding and technical information collection.
Ø Preparation of architectural door hardware or electric access control system specification documents in accordance with applicable international and local building codes, security and safety standards.
Ø Arrangement of samples & technical submissions.
Ø Customer and dealer technical training.
Requirements
Ø Bachelors degree or above in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, civil architecture or similar.
Ø Over 2 years experience in building materials industry. Architectural door hardware or electric access control system experience with sound knowledge of ANSI or EN standards is preferred.
Ø Good resource of regional architectural design institutes and estate market.
Ø Computer skill of Microsoft applications and Auto CAD.
Ø Good English writing, fluent English speaking is preferred.
Ø Good presentation and communication skills.
Ø Ability of work under pressure, meet deadlines and resolve problems independently.
